Effort

Sometimes good things take some effort.
i have always been proud of the effort i put into any chosen activity and most the times it results in success.
I’m really hoping the effort I’m putting into my training and diet will show similar results to other activities i have focused on in the past.
Today i went for a ride on the indoor trainer while watching a DVD of my favourite television show the unit. After 2 hours rest and a bowl of cereal i went ans swam 1000m metres in the pool.

I’m still craving junk food but I’m trying so hard to fight the urge. for me this is where the big effort will be. to keep my diet on track. Doesn’t help living across the road from a McDonald’s! I cant stop thinking about all the deviant things i would do with a big mac right now!!! See I’m even writing about It!!

Tomorrow, may bee I’ll have a light spin in the morning then off to work. Maybe I’ll just have a rest day. the body probably needs it.

  1. Side note:
    At 10pm last night, hunger hit with avengence.. first it was a a slice of chesse, then 2. then 4 steamed dimsims, the a couple of arnots shapes! Dont know what happened, just lost all will power and sucummed to the urge to destroy everthing edible within the fridge.
    I regrett it now..but its done.
    Need to look at how to avoid this happening in future.
